There is no public transport to this location. The best way to get there would be to take the Sunrail to the Poinciana station and then uber/lyft the rest of the way there.

If you have your own car, you'd just drive down Poinciana blvd from 192 and the theme parks area. Keep going straight past the Racetrack until you hit a dead end. You'll see Southport Park on the left.

Plenty of gators, sometimes raccoon, turtles, deer, and fish.

There is also a butterfly garden with native butterflies and plants.

There has been theft from the parking area. Be sure to take your valuables with you. Also, the airboats are quite noisy.
