Situated in the North of Sydney, this national park offers good hiking, views and decent birdwatching and spotlighting. Most trails go through dense bush and birdwatching is difficult. If you stay longer in Sydney, it is worth a trip, but most traveling birdwatchers seem to prefer other sites like Royal National Park and Capertee Valley/Blue Mountains.
